BIOGRAPHY OF WILLIE FELIX CARTER (CANDIDATE) Willie Felix Carter was born on June 15, 1943, in Fort Worth, Texas to the parents of Mr. Hugh Bert Sr. and Mrs. Willie Fair (Howard) Carter, formerly of Fairfield, Texas, the third child of eleven children. Attended Sunrise Elementary School, Dunbar Junior High School, and graduated from I. M. Terrell High School in 1961, all schools in Fort Worth, Texas. Attended Tarrant County Junior College for two years studying Electronics Technology. Joined the United States Air Force in 1961, and was honorably discharged after serving four years and thirty days. Joined the United States Air Force Reserve in 1966, assigned to the 512th Military Airlift Wing at Carswell AFB, Texas. Received many honors including, "Airman of the Year" Air Force Reserve wide, two United States Air Force Commendation Awards for "Superior Mechanical Ability." Was promoted to Senior Master Sergeant, and after serving a total of twenty-eight years, active and reserve duty, retired on August 10, 1990. Willie Felix Carter is a member at Carter Temple New Jerusalem Church of God In Christ in Fort Worth, Texas, and also a member at Revival Center Triedstone Church of God In Christ in Los Angeles, California, serving as a deacon, and as General Sunday School Superintendent. Willie Felix Carter has been blessed of the Lord to have nine children, Elaine, Dwayne, Terry, Richie, Rickie, Camilla, Curtis, Shirley, and Michole. Willie Felix Carter ran for President in 1988, 1992, 1996, 2000, 2004, and is presently running for president for 2008. Attachment: Awards

Technical Sergeant Willie F. Carter distinguished himself by meritorious service while assigned to 301st Consolidated Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, Carswell AFB, Texas, from January 1975 to March 1981. During this period, Sergeant Carter’s outstanding professional knowledge and skill, superior mechanical ability, and devotion to duty aided immeasurably in identifying rigging problems during the phase inspection and in developing and implementing effective solutions to the problems. The distinctive accomplishments of Sergeant Carter reflect credit upon himself and the United States Air Force. Award
